Everything you'd ask us over a cup of cardamom chai
Orders & Shipping
From our hills to your kitchen, safely and quickly.
Most metro-city orders reach you in 2–5 business days. For the rest of India, allow 4–8 business days — we pack in the hills, so the first leg of the journey is a little winding. If you need it sooner, choose Express delivery at checkout.
Standard shipping is ₹99, and it's free on all orders over ₹999. Express delivery is ₹199. Subscribe & Save members always ship free, on every order, at any order value. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
The easy way: message us on WhatsApp at +91 96328 14369 with your order number and we'll send you a live update — usually within minutes during business hours. You'll also receive your courier tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Subscribe & Save
Fresh spices on repeat, minus the remembering.
Pick any spice, choose "Subscribe & Save", and we'll deliver it on repeat — every 2, 4, or 8 weeks (most home kitchens are happiest at 4 weeks, which is our default). You get 15% off every single order and free shipping, always, no minimum. Because we grind in small batches weekly, your subscription jar is often the freshest spice you can buy anywhere.
Anytime, and it takes one message. WhatsApp us to pause for a month, switch spices, change your delivery rhythm, or cancel entirely. There's no lock-in, no minimum commitment, and no cancellation fee — we'd rather earn your next order than trap it. Just reach us before your next dispatch and we'll sort it.
Yes! Add subscription items and one-time items to the same cart and check out together. The 15% discount applies to the subscription items, and if a subscription item is in your order, the whole parcel ships free. Only the subscription items will repeat.
Our Spices
Single-origin, small-batch, and honestly grown.
Every spice we sell is single-origin, sourced directly from small family farms in Kerala's Western Ghats — the cardamom hills of Idukki, the pepper vines of Wayanad, the turmeric beds of the midlands. We buy farm-direct, with no middlemen and no blending across estates, so each jar tastes of one place, one harvest, one family's care.
We grind in small batches every week and pack to order — nothing sits in a warehouse losing its soul. Whole spices keep beautifully for a year or more; ground spices are at their aromatic best within 6 months of the grind date printed on your pack. That's exactly why our Subscribe & Save rhythm exists: right-sized packs, always fresh.
Three enemies: heat, light, and moisture. Keep spices in an airtight container, in a cool dark cupboard, away from the stove (the worst spot is the shelf right above it!). Never spoon directly over a steaming pot — the moisture gets in. Whole spices in the pack, ground spices in a tight jar, and your kitchen will smell like Kerala for months.
Honest answer: our partner farms grow without synthetic pesticides, using the traditional methods these hills have relied on for generations. Formal organic certifications are in progress for several of our farms — certification is a slow, paperwork-heavy journey for smallholders, and we'd rather be truthful than print a label early. We'll update each product page the moment a certificate lands.
Returns & Support
If something's not right, we make it right.
So sorry — let's fix it fast. Send a photo of the pack on WhatsApp (+91 96328 14369) within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No forms, no return courier hassle for damaged goods. See the full policy on our Returns page.
Because spices are food, opened packs can't be returned for hygiene reasons — that protects every customer, including you. But here's our promise: if the quality genuinely disappoints you, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right with a replacement or credit. We stand behind every batch we grind.
Fastest: WhatsApp us at +91 96328 14369 — we're a small team but we reply quickly, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. Prefer email or a form? Head to our Contact page. Either way, a real human from the hills answers you.
